Who is Sally Blades?
Sally Blades is an executive and life coach and supervisor with a unique blend of skills and experience gathered from over 30 years of working with people. Her early therapeutic work was with children and families and she is a qualified social worker. She went on to become an acupuncturist, supervisor, trainer and coach.

As a coach Sally Bladesworks internationally with from a wide variety of backgrounds – corporate, the arts, the helping professions, and include Talk Talk, Kraft (Asia), Elmtree Ltd (The City of London) the Police, the National Health Service. She also works in South Devon as a life coach She has worked as coach since 2001 and trained with Landmark Education and International Teaching Seminars (ITS), a leading international Coaching and NLP and training organisation with whom she completed a 140hr coach specific training. She is a certified NLP practitioner, an accredited Action Learning facilitator and a member of The Association for Coaching.
Sally Blades as a supervisor and acupuncturist
Sally has been Supervising and Mentoring since 1998 and works as a supervisor to leadership & personal development coaches and health practitioners. In addition she co-leads national supervision training. She has voluntarily supervised the team of coaches at The Peninsula Coaching Foundation (a charity offering coaching support to young people). She continues to update and develop her supervisory skills with The Bath Consultancy Group. As a registered acupuncturist Sally is a member of the British Acupuncture Council, having been in practice since 1984. She has studied widely in the UK and China, working and studying in hospitals in Hangzhou and Nanjing. Sally became a senior faculty member at The College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading, the UK’s largest Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine College. She maintains a small practice in Devon.
