Stuart Newberry
Stuart was a founder of the business with Liz Scott in 2005 after a career in the police where he achieved the rank of Detective Superintendent. His experience as a leader included managing and leading teams in high profile major crime investigations and now uses his considerable background as a business and executive coach.

He coaches leaders in the public and private sector and regularly facilitates group events within the police, including conferences using ‘Open Space Technology’. He is passionate about team development and is an accredited facilitator of Belbin

Stuart is a Director and Trustee of Victim Support Devon.

Qualifications:
B.A.(Hons) Social and Organisational Studies.
Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching.
Diploma in NLP.

Maureen Connelly-Webster
Maureen began her career as a coach in London in 1987, when she was trained by, and worked with, an American training company in England.

Maureen has coached senior management, project teams and individuals within the private and public sectors. Her focus is on performance breakthroughs through future-based communication skills. She has also managed large training resources (including a Graduate Training Scheme,) and has been a very successful Estate Agent.

Currently she is working with clients within both the private and public sectors.

Dee Brodie
Dee Brodie coaches a wide range of people from senior executives in blue chip companies to private individuals.

Her business coaching includes working with members of the Police, the NHS, large multinationals, estate agents and the hospitality industry.

Her business career has been extensive and includes being a sales executive and the features editor of a national magazine. She originally trained as a teacher, and has lived and worked in France, Spain and Austria as well as the UK.
