At Liz Scott Coaching and Training, we offer insightful one-to-one coaching that gives individuals time and space to build on their strengths and abilities. We use a range of techniques to help people grow and develop, so that they can improve their performance and well-being – both personally and professionally. Package: A minimum of six sessions (45 minutes each) are recommended over a three to four month period. Coaching can be extended as required. The first session is face to face with subsequent sessions carried out over the phone. | |
